Health & Safety

At the CTS group of companies we know that industrial installations can be dangerous, which is why we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our employees and clients.

Our technicians are trained in the latest safety protocols and procedures, and we are committed to following all applicable regulations and standards.

We will work with you to develop and necessary customized safety plans to make sure we go above and beyond just the standard.

Synchronized Jacking System

As part of our commitment to safety we strive to always use the synchronized jacking system when it comes to tank erection when ever possible.

This method is one of the safest as it reduces the use of any large cranes and minimizes the need to work at heights.

The jacks are pined to the tank and secured on the ground, the jack move in unison to lift each ring, placing the new rings below, allowing an top down construction. This method also allows us to put parts and components on the tank wall at ground level.
